This recipe shows you how to air fry pork tenderloin filled with cream cheese & melted cheddar cheese then brushed with dijon mustard and coated in panko breadcrumbs for a nice golden crispy outside.

You can tell by my recipes that I love pork tenderloin and am always looking for new ways to make it.
Stuffed and breaded pork chops are really good, so why not make a breaded pork tenderloin recipe stuffed with cheese?
It has such rich flavors between the melted cheese inside, the dijon mustard coating, and the crispy golden crunch on the outside.
Ingredients for Air Fryer Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
- Pork Tenderloin
- Chive & Herb Cream Cheese Spread, or other savory flavors
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Dijon Mustard
- Panko Breadcrumbs
- Cayenne Pepper
- Salt
- Black Pepper
How to Make Air Fryer Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
- Begin by butterflying the pork tenderloin. Slice against the long edge almost all the way through to the other side. Leave a little bit so that it opens like a hot dog bun and is not sliced all the way through.
- Open the pork and spread a layer of cream cheese. Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Carefully fold over the tenderloin and insert toothpicks to hold it closed. If your air fryer basket will not fit the entire tenderloin, slice it in half as I had to in the above photos. Brush Dijon mustard on the outside of the tenderloin.
- In a shallow dish, add panko, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Roll the tenderloin in the breadcrumbs and press them so that they stick.
- Add the pork to the air fryer basket and lightly spray the breadcrumbs with cooking oil.
How Long to Cook Pork Tenderloin in Air Fryer
- Set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer to 10 minutes. Carefully flip and lightly spray with cooking oil. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes until pork reaches 145 degrees and the cheese is melted on the inside.
How to Reheat Pork Tenderloin
To reheat pork tenderloin in the air fryer, set the temperature to 375 degrees and cook for 3-5 minutes.
I find the air fryer helps get the outside crisp again as an oven would. It’s perfect for meals that are meant to be served crispy and a microwave would only make them soggy.
