This recipe shows you how to make air fryer steak and chicken kabobs turn out so juicy and tender. The skewers have sirloin, chicken, zucchini, onion, red and yellow peppers, and grape tomatoes.
I used a Ninja Foodi 8-qt. 9-in-1 for this meal, but any brand or make of air fryer works perfectly.
This allows you to cook them indoors without needing a grill. The kabobs are done cooking very quickly and turn out as if they were actually grilled.
