Allow wooden skewers to soak for 10 minutes prior to cooking.
Metal skewers do not need to soak. Rinse and slice all vegetables into 2″ pieces.
Cut beef and chicken into 2″ pieces.
Add beef to a bowl and marinade with Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Add chicken to a separate bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper.
Beginning with meat on each one, add beef and vegetables to skewers.
Add chicken and vegetables to other skewers.
Vegetables can be added in any order you like. Avoid adding steak and chicken to the same kabob due to different cook times.
Place kabobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Mine held 3 kabobs at a time.
Cook chicken kabobs at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 9-10 minutes.
Cook beef kabobs at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.
