This is a recipe for oven-baked Stove Top stuffed pork chops flavored with ranch seasoning and filled with tasty Stove Top stuffing. It’s a great weeknight dinner!

Stuffed pork chop over mashed potatoes in a white bowl

I wanted to make this recipe as simple as possible. Using ranch seasoning packets provides flavorful pork chops. For the stuffing, leftover homemade stuffing can be used or Stove Top stuffing from the box. Keep it simple!

This recipe is the ultimate comfort food that the whole family will love. Stuffing is one of those dishes that many of us only enjoy at Thanksgiving dinner, but with stuffed pork chop recipes like these, it can be enjoyed year-round! Cooking pork chops with stuffing in the middle makes very juicy pork chops.

    • Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit in the center of the thickest part of the chop.

How to Reheat Stuffed Pork Chops

To reheat precooked stuffed pork chops follow these steps:

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Place pork chops on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil to prevent them from drying out.
    • Cook the pork chops in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they are heated through.

Can You Freeze Stuffed Pork Chops

Yes, both raw and cooked stuffed pork chops can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. After this period, the quality may begin to decline, although they may still be safe to eat.

When ready to eat them, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight.
