This recipe for Instant Pot pork chops makes your pork chops tender and juicy. Tender enough to cut with a fork or even pick up and bite off as my son did.
It does not cook them long enough to become pulled pork which is the perfect amount of tenderness I was looking for.
What you need to make JUST the pork chops:
- Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker
- Boneless Pork Chops, Pork Loin, or Butterflied Chops about 1″ – 1 1/4″ thick
- Chicken Broth
The gravy is absolutely optional as it is cooked separately from the pork chops.
What you need for the gravy:
- Reserved Chicken Broth from the Instant Pot
- Half & Half
- Baby Bella Mushrooms
- Baby Spinach
- Salt & Pepper
