– Butter – White Sugar – Brown Sugar – Large Eggs – Buttermilk – All-Purpose Flour – Salt – Cinnamon – Allspice – Baking Powder – Baking Soda – Pureed Carrot Baby Food – Powdered Sugar – Cream Cheese – Pure Vanilla Extract – Milk

Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl mix together cupcake batter ingredients, including carrot puree.

Fill cupcake liners with 3 tablespoons of batter. Bake for 16-18 minutes.

While they bake, make the cream cheese frosting.

Mix a small amount of the frosting with green icing gel and orange icing gel.

Add a layer of white cream cheese to each cupcake.

Next, use a #2 tip to make the carrot with orange icing and #67 leaf tip with green frosting for the leaf.
