Add dry rub seasonings to the outside of the ham. Place the ham in the smoker in the aluminum foil pan and cook until it reaches 120 degrees Fahrenheit, about 3 hours.

While it cooks, make the honey glaze in a small saucepan over the stove.

Pour the honey glaze over the ham.

Cook until it reaches 140 degrees internally.
