- Baby Carrots or Whole Regular Carrots, peeled and cut into 3″ long pieces that are ½″ thick – Minced Garlic – Butter – Grated Parmesan – Fresh or Dried Parsley


Add parchment paper to a baking sheet and add a layer of carrots. Melt butter with garlic in a microwave-safe dish in microwave for about 30 seconds. Drizzle carrots with garlic butter.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir carrots. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley leaves. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
