– Chicken Breasts – Chicken Broth – Long Grain White Rice – Yellow Onion – Butter – Parmesan Cheese – Parsley – Garlic Powder – Smoked Paprika – Italian Seasoning – Salt – Black Pepper – Crushed Red Pepper Flakes


Dice the onion and chicken. Mix Parmesan and all seasonings in a shallow dish. Coat the chicken with Parmesan seasoning blend.

Cook the onion with butter in a large pan. Set aside. In the same pan cook the chicken with melted butter.

Add chicken broth, onion, uncooked rice, stir, and cover with a lid. Cook for about 18 minutes.
