Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¾ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breasts into thick strips.
  • In a bowl, scramble eggs and milk together. In a shallow dish, combine flour and all seasonings.
  • Dip each chicken strip into the egg wash, then coat in flour. Shake off any excess between steps.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1" of oil over medium-high heat for frying. Once hot, add chicken strips and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cook through the center. You will likely need to cook in batches. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
