In a bowl, scramble eggs and milk together. In a shallow dish, combine flour and all seasonings.
Dip each chicken strip into the egg wash, then coat in flour. Shake off any excess between steps.
In a large skillet, heat 1" of oil over medium-high heat for frying. Once hot, add chicken strips and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cook through the center. You will likely need to cook in batches. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
