Air fryer carrots, green beans, mushrooms, and bacon are a fantastic way to roast seasoned vegetables. In 16 minutes or less they'll be done cooking and a great addition to your main dish.

  • 8 ounces Carrots, peeled and cut into coins
  • 12 ounces Green Beans
  • 8 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
  • 4 Slices of Bacon
  • ½ teaspoon Rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil


  • Rince carrots and green beans. Use a damp cloth to remove any dirt from the mushrooms.
  • Peel carrots and slice into ¼" coins. Slice mushrooms about ¼" thick as well. Trim green beans if you prefer. Cut bacon strips into small pieces.
  • Combine carrots, green beans, and bacon in a bowl and toss with olive oil. Do not add mushrooms. Add seasonings and stir.
  • Place carrots, green beans, and bacon in the air fryer basket and cook at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes. Stir, and cook an additional 6 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 4 more minutes or until vegetables are fork-tender.
