Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 47 minutes
Servings: 3 Potatoes

  • 3-4 Large Russet Potatoes, approximately 11 ounces each
  • Olive Oil

  • Rinse and clean potatoes. Using a fork, poke 10-12 times around each potato on all sides. Rub or spray a small amount of oil on the outside of each potato.
  • Add potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. For even cooking, do not layer them.
  • Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes. To check for doneness, pierce with a fork or slice with a knife to see that the inside is tender.
  • Top with your favorite toppings - bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, chili, nacho cheese, or eat it absolutely plain!
