Ingredients

  • 24 Sliced Dill Pickles
  • ¾ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pat pickles dry. In a dish, mix together breadcrumbs and olive oil. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • In a bowl, mix together egg, flour, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper. Dip each pickle into the egg mixture, shake off any excess, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  • Spray air fryer basket with oil spray and place pickles in basket. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown, flipping halfway.
