  • 32 Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes, Approximately 3-4 medium potatoes to make 2 cups mashed
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 Slices of Cooked Bacon, Crumbled or Bacon Bits
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Chopped Chives
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • Green Onion

  • Blend mashed potatoes with sour cream, crumbled bacon, cheese, chives, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place approximately 1 teaspoon of mixture onto a wonton wrapper. Fill a small bowl with lukewarm water. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper by dipping your finger in the water and running it along the edges of the wrapper. Try to get as close to the edge as possible.
  • Fold one corner of the wrapper to the opposite corner to form a triangle. Press all the edges together, being careful not to tear the wrapper. Repeat this step until all wrappers are filled. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Remove wontons from the freezer. Brush each wrapper with canola or vegetable oil. Once preheated, spray the basket with oil and place wontons inside. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway until they are golden on both sides.
