- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Pinch of Cayenne
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brown ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat for about 7-8 minutes. Drain grease.
