Air fryer sweet potatoes are baked in the air fryer. It only takes two ingredients – fresh sweet potatoes and a little bit of cooking oil.

I love finding simple ways to cook food while using smaller kitchen appliances to do it in. The best part is that it only takes two ingredients – a couple of sweet potatoes and a little bit of cooking oil.
Sweet potatoes are a great side dish to any meal, but I know many who enjoy eating them by themselves for a meal. And why not? Sweet potatoes themselves are on the healthier side when compared to other potatoes and starchy vegetables. They come in around half the grams of carbohydrates that a russet potato has and contain antioxidants.
Another great thing about sweet potatoes is that they are more versatile than just the sweet toppings we traditionally see here in the US, especially at Thanksgiving time. They can also be served with more savory toppings.

How to Make Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes

- Rub or spray a little vegetable or canola oil all over the sweet potatoes.
