This is two-ingredient milk chocolate fondue recipe is made with milk chocolate chips and half & half cream. Perfect for dipping your favorite fruit, cheesecake, graham crackers, cream puffs, or shortbread cookies into.

Fondue at home is one of my favorite things!
We don’t have any fondue restaurants where I live, but whenever we travel we love to visit them.
It’s fun and interactive with your family and if you have a fondue party your guests love it because it’s a truly unique dining experience.
Not only that, but you don’t have to do any of the cooking! Prep the food and prepare the pot, then turn it on about 5 minutes before everyone is ready to eat.
We tend to do fondue for New Years’ Eve dinner, Valentine’s, and birthdays.

How to Make Chocolate Fondue
It can be made over the stove in a saucepan on low heat, in an electric fondue pot, or in a smaller fondue dish over a bunsen burner, which of course will take longer.
I personally use an electric fondue pot.
Begin by placing the chocolate chips and half & half cream in the pot of your choice over low heat.
Whisk chocolate into the cream until it is fully melted, about 4-5 minutes for a saucepan or an electric fondue pot.
What to Dip in Chocolate Fondue

Fondue Etiquette
Dessert fondue etiquette can be a little different because often times we are not dipping directly in the chocolate. Instead, we’re spooning the chocolate over the delicious goodies on our plates.
However, if you are dipping more than spooning (yes, I just said that!) it’s important to give each person at the table two fondue forks.
Make sure you never double-dip (unless you and your guest are comfortable with that.)
And remember to have fun!
